In this role, you’ll play a vital part in driving strategic sourcing initiatives and managing high-value contracts within our Talent Acquisition and Development function.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Procurement Initiatives: Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for key categories, including Talent Acquisition, Resourcing, Development, Learning, Contingent Labour, and Reward and Benefits.
• Provide Expert Guidance: Serve as a trusted advisor to internal partners, offering expert advice on procurement best practices and processes.
• Manage High-Value Contracts: Negotiate and manage complex contracts with key suppliers, ensuring optimal terms and conditions.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding client service throughout the procurement process, fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in HR and Talent Procurement, with a focus on strategic sourcing and contract management.
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Contract processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
