Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of Customer Insights KPIs, identifying trends and patterns in customer behavior.
- Analyze customer care complaint data to pinpoint systematic technical issues and their root causes.
- Leverage advanced data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Quic to analyze customer behavior trends and generate insightful reports.
- Develop predictive models to proactively identify potential service failures and implement preventive measures.
- Document and maintain clear and concise procedures for all data analysis processes and findings.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in data analysis with a strong understanding of Mobile Network architecture and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proficiency in using data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies and software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a passion for improving customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
