As a Sales Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be the face of Tesla. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers—at our retail stores, special events, or test drive sessions—playing a vital role in shaping their journey with Tesla.

Your Key Responsibilities
As part of your daily mission, you’ll:
🚀 Proactively Engage & Educate
- Welcome and interact with potential customers visiting Tesla stores or events with energy and professionalism
- Initiate meaningful conversations to understand their interests and match them with the right Tesla product
- Actively generate leads, guiding prospects through the sales funnel
🧠 Inform & Inspire
- Use your knowledge of Tesla products to explain key features in a clear and exciting way
- Encourage test drives as a key experience for potential customers
- Help visitors understand the benefits of driving electric and being part of a sustainable future
📲 Capture & Manage Lead Data
- Efficiently capture customer details during in-person interactions, events, or online chats
- Maintain accurate records in Tesla’s CRM system
- Regularly update profiles with relevant information from conversations to support ongoing follow-ups
🤝 Collaborate with the Team
- Work closely with Tesla’s sales and delivery teams to ensure a smooth and engaging customer journey
- Share insights, feedback, and innovative ideas to continually enhance the sales process 💬

What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to be an automotive expert—but you do need to be a people person with a passion for learning and a drive for delivering excellence.
✅ Essentials:
- A natural conversationalist who can engage easily with a variety of people
- Previous experience delivering exceptional customer service—bonus if it’s in a retail or sales setting
- Enthusiasm for Tesla’s mission and products, from electric vehicles to energy solutions
- Ability to communicate clearly, simply, and persuasively
- Great organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Flexible schedule—you’re open to working weekends and evenings
- Full UK driving licence held for at least 2 years (this is essential for conducting test drives)
