Oracle is seeking a talented Cloud HCM Lead Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead a team of support analysts, overseeing the successful implementation and ongoing management of our Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll solution.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and Mentor: Manage a team of support analysts, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee incident management, problem resolution, and change management processes.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance our Oracle Cloud HCM solution and roadmap future enhancements.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with functional and technical leads to ensure seamless integration and support.

What We’re Looking For:

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core, Talent Management, Learn Cloud, UK Payroll, and Absence Management.
• Proven experience in managing support teams and delivering exceptional service.
• Strong understanding of ITIL methodology and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
